Shipping policy

We ship orders Monday to Friday from our Montréal studio. Most in-stock items dispatch within 2–4 business days. During busy periods, it might take a little longer.

You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Please note:

• Pre-order items will ship as soon as they arrive at our studio. We do our best to track incoming shipments accurately, but unforeseen delays can happen.

• If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, everything will be shipped together once the pre-order items are available. If you’d like the in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.

• We are not responsible for delays once parcels are in transit.

 

United States Shipping

We offer two shipping options for our U.S. customers:

Standard Shipping (6–10 business days)
Ships via USPS. This option keeps shipping affordable for smaller orders. Some orders may be subject to import fees depending on U.S. Customs.

Express DHL (2–4 business days) — Duties Prepaid
Available for orders $150 USD and above. All import duties and taxes are prepaid, which means no surprise fees, faster delivery, and a premium experience at the door.
