Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise noted. Prices may change at any time without notice. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and shipping information.
We accept payments through Shopify’s secure checkout system. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items will ship once they arrive at our studio. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, it will ship together once everything is ready unless otherwise specified.
Shipping
We ship Monday to Friday from Montréal. Shipping timelines may vary, especially during high volume periods. Once your parcel has been handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on eligible items within [14 or 30] days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
Final sale items cannot be returned.
